"HAPPY DEEPAVALI"
From Monday our quizzes is going to start, after the exams I am going home for dewali vacations. It is for the first time in my life when I am far from my family for so long. I will hardly get time for blogs there rather there is not a single cyber cafe there in my home town.
Most of my friends of NCST is not going to write blog in future because they were doing this stuff only for assignment of our first term. But for me It is only way that I can present my view even no one want to listen. I would love to be know as a great writer. I love my blogs It is all good. You can read some of them . Some of it is good and some of it is not, but each blog just expresses myself on a page. Some of my blogs are boring because due our internal quizzes and interview I was not in good mood of writing blogs.
I want to give "DeepaVali wishes" to all of my friends and to all members of NCST and who ever read atleast one of my blogs.
so good bye and wishing you all happy and safe deepavali.....

"Popularity In CyberWorld"
Today I got a message to check the number of search result for some famous person. I have never bother about number of search results for any keyword. I tried to search those names
in google. I found the following results.
about 525,000,000 for GOD
about 127,000,000 for George bush
about 43,900,000 for bill gates
about 30,800,000 for Tony Blair
about 1,240,000 for sachin tendulkar

2,720,000 for Aishwarya rai
94,800 for Amitabh bachchan
This result shows that God is the most popular in cyber world.I became glad because It was a great information for me that such big number shows that people think about God during the surfing on the internet. But that was not the only thing that was interesting about the popularity in cyber world. After some time I got another message from the same person to check the result for 'sex ' and 'love'. This time result was unexpected for me,---as soon as I put the first one and saw the number of results(about 624,000,000 for sex ) for it .I murmured as if I was talking to God "Oh God, it is a serious matter that Sex is leading over You in cyber world."
But seeing the number of results for 'Love' I took the sigh of relief.
about 1,380,000,000 for love
Love is great. Now I was feeling comfortable. This is realy great experience, I have been using google since last five years but never tried to see these type of amazing things. After these I tried for searching some thing that can have more number of results and found some:
2,910,000,000 for software
about 1,920,000,000 for download
about 1,630,000,000 for google

There may be more things that may have more number of result. But today I came to know that for what people use Internet. Some times when you have nothing to do these type of unusual experiments may provide some interesting knowledge to you.

"LATE NIGHT'S & LATE MORNING'S'
"Early to bed and early to rise make you healthy, wealthy and wise". I was following this line before I came to ncst. I am from typical brahmin family, I remember those days when my grandfather did not let me study even during my exams periods. He used to make us awake early in the morning before Sun rising. According to him if you have daily five minute look of the Sun at the time of rising you get more energy than that of your normal breakfast. It increases glow of your face. It is healthy to breath in and out fresh air. it is beautiful outside every morning, roads are without rush of vechicles. People look pretty doing morning walk in there track suit. I maintained my early rising routine till I was in Allahabad.
But after coming ncst I never woke up before 9 in the morning except one or two days.

Many times I went into the bed after the time when I used to awake there in home that is 4 or 5 in the morning. Timing of taking meal is also changed. I have been eating really small meals throughout the day to keep my body structured, and it helped me to not feel at all hungry at night. It had been over two weeks since I had eaten past 8 , until last night. I was gone to Infosys gate for some refreshment. I went there after two or three weeks. I stopped late night trip to Infosys gate after one horrible incident. I was with my friends and we were coming back after taking night meal from Infosys gate. Suddenly a van came form behind and stop next to us. About ten police man came out of the van they started arguing with us in Kannada. We showed our identity cards to them but they were still looked angry. Fortunately one of my friend "Man Singh",who knows the Kannada language came front and make the police men calm. They warned us not to have night trip to that way. That night I couldn't get back to sleep. At this point I just started worrying about the coming nights. It really just made me worry more, and did not help me fall back asleep. After that night I decided not to go out side the campus in night.

"My Role Model-Sachin "
Most of us has our role models in our life. They could be a parent, a friend, a teacher, or a sports hero. He could be someone you read about in a book. A role model is hard to define, because it can be different for everyone. Who is your role model, it depends as much on you as it does on the person you admire. Maybe they are generous and kind. Maybe they performed an extraordinary feat or accomplishment. They might be someone in your neighborhood, or someone in another country.
Typically, a role model is brave, smart, strong, kind, thoughtful and fun. Not that every role model is perfect. Unless it is someone out of a storybook, role models are people who might be outstanding in only one or two areas. Or maybe it is someone who is far less than perfect, but is working to improve himself or herself. Oh! I was going to tell my roll models, I usualy get inspired by most of people. But I am highly impressed by two of them Sachin and Mohd. Rafi.
It was December of 1989 and a boy of age 17 made his debut in international cricket. The year was also debut year for me too because this was the year when I started going school. I was too young to understand the game of cricket at that time but I used to see tendulker's whole batting. And I copied his batting style and bowling action too. I love to see him playing.
Many of us do not agree that India plays well when Sachin plays well. It may be right that even Sachin fails but India win. But I saw interview of many cricketer like Dravid, Yuvraj,Raina they all believe that Sachin's presence increases the morale of whole team. He use to teach the techniques to bat and bowl during the match to his teammates.
He faced numbers of criticism about his batting form. In March 2006 after scoring an unconvincing 1 off 21 balls against England in the first innings of the third Test in his home ground, Wankhede Tendulkar was booed off the ground by a section of the crowd, the first time that he has ever faced such flak. While cheered on when he came for his second innings, Tendulkar, was the top scorer of the second innings and yet was to end the three-Test series without a single half-century to his credit, and news of a shoulder operation raised more questions about his batting. Although he has silenced these doubts by scoring a come back hundreds and a half-century in Malesia tri-series.
Besides the cricket, he is also a part many welfare associations. He had taken the whole responsibility of Orphan-age in Maharastra. So I want to be a person like him

" THE SEASON OF FESTIVALS"
The whole India celebrated the "Durga Pooja" and "Vijaya Dashami" last weak. The holidays are about over but people are still in festive mood and why not, what if one festival is over, many are still to come in the current season. Next to come are Ramjan, most of us are waiting for these festivals. Who do not like the festivals they also wait for this season because through out the season they have to do very little work and most days are holidays.

This is the ideal period to visit the home for the People living far from their family. On eve of the "Vijya Dashami" I had an argument with one of my friend. He said that Indian's propensity to celebrate festivals is a drag on the economy. He was against the wastage of money and resources in the celebration of the festivals like "Durga Pooja","Ganesh Chaturthi".
I wanted him to see the positive side of these functions but he started counting the losses in the celebration. Not only does each of India's many religions contribute its share of holidays , but cities are virtually shut down during events like Ganesh Chaturthi in Mumbai or Durga Puja in Kolkata.
I was unable to understand his problem, I said to him," I know you are right and we do waste
some amount. However, there's another way of looking at this. India's many colourful festivals can be an economic asset if India is sold to tourists as a nation of festivals. Tourism is one of the biggest industries worldwide, and every rupee invested in tourism generates the largest number of jobs for skilled, semi-skilled as well as unskilled labour".
Yes this is a serious matter. India's festivals are a major cause of attraction for foreigners. This Navratri season, for example, they are flocking to Gujarat, and many of them want to dance the garba.

There's a case for promoting garba, or bhangra, so that they become known as big as salsa or samba. That would certainly pull the tourists in and add value to the Indian fame.
Another importance of these are during the celebration each Indian takes part with same enthusiasm. Hindu, Muslims and all other communities make their contribution and the bonding of love among them get more strong.
